Advivo are working in partnership with a fantastic global business based in Coventry in search of a Project Manager/Administrator to work with the finance function in managing a newly implemented system. The contract will be for a minimum of 3 months.
The system is going through constant review and developments, and my client requires someone with a project background to completely manage all work streams in relation to this.
We are looking to pay Â£250 to Â£300 per day for the right person.
The role includes;
Detailed Gaant charts showing us the progress of each brands and where the next developments are coming.
Stakeholder management of key FD’s including communicating project plans and any changes from the work below
Understanding of business priorities to ensure resource is allocated adequately and focused in the correct areas
Development of professional best of breed training materials
Further development of the user tracking including investigation as to why uptake isn’t as high as expected.
Main point of contact for all project work relating to BI tool
Establish official reconciliations and adequate controls to ensure data integrity and understanding of tie back to all systems – Including ICON where necessary
Establish formalised change request logs
Establish formalised limits/levels of authority for changes to Margin
Establish formalised process for adding/deleting or changing a user’s access including limits as to what they see.
We are looking for a candidate with;
Relevant degree in IT, Finance or similar (minimum 2:1 achieved)
Experience within a project management capacity
Experience of business partnering with Finance / IT
Solid understating of sales reporting and BI
