Advivo are working on a major project near Whitby in search for a Procurement Assistant to support the team on a permanent basis. My client will pay in the region of Â£25,000 to Â£30,000 for the right candidate.
The Role will focus on purchasing and acquiring relevant equipment including goods, services & tools. A key priority will be liaising with the operational and project teams to understand the needs and requirements.
The role will also include procuring the necessary items or services by:
Carrying out purchases in line with company framework
My client is looking for the following attributes:
Knowledge and experience of \”purchase to pay\” processes
Excellent customer interaction skills both internally and externally
Organised i.e. capturing information, quotations, etc
Experience of working with ERP systems is advantageous
Basic Excel knowledge and experience
